OUR PROCESS:

Email us photos, drawings, dimensions, or even just hand sketches of what you are thinking to info@stevenmarkfidler.com 

Someone from our team will contact you to discuss your project specifics and get a better understanding of how we can bring your dream concept to life. We will take details from several different ideas and fabricate one item with all of your favorite details.  

We will use the information from all of our conversations and from your inspiration photos to put together our proposal which may include photos of past projects, drawings or renderings. 

Once we have gathered & confirmed all of the necessary information, we will send you, our Proposal.  

Once you are ready to move forward with your project, we will send you a Deposit Invoice.

We ask that you please review it carefully and sign electronically. 

Once we receive the signed document and deposit payment, we will begin the next step.

Our Engineer will begin developing a detailed shop drawing using all of the information from the approved proposal.  

Once finalized, you will review & electronically sign the drawings, signifying the agreement that all the dimensions and details for your project are correct as drawn. 

 
Finish samples will be sent for your review & approval. 

Once we receive approval of the shop drawing(s) and finish sample(s), we will provide you with an estimated completion date and our dedicated team will begin fabrication. 

After fabrication is complete the item(s) may be picked up from our shop, delivered to your facility or shipped via truck to you.

The balance of payment is due at time of shipment/delivery.
